防止浸入式水口堵塞的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了一种连铸中包采用浸入式水口和塞棒同时吹气工艺,防止浸出式水口堵塞技术,研究结果表明:采用这种工艺后,可使15MnHP钢的连铸炉数由原来的4炉提高到6炉。中包-铸坯夹杂去除率提高了10.4%。

Abstract:This paper describes the blowing process while adopting submerged nozzle and stopper in tundish in continuous casting in order to prevent the submerged nozzle from clogging.The results show that the casting sequence of 15 MnHP steel increased from the original 4 heats to 6 heats . Tundish-slab oxide inclusion extraction rate increased by 10.4 %.
