石横特钢R9m连铸工艺优化和设备改进

摘    要:为提高优钢铸坯质量,石横特钢对R9m方坯连铸进行了提高钢水纯净度、改善浇注条件等方面的工艺优化,进行了二冷配水、电磁搅拌、振动俞等设备的改进。应用结果表明,产品结构优化,铸坯的气体含量和夹杂物的含量降低,铸坯低倍组织改善,杜绝了中间裂纹、鼓肚等缺陷,降低了铸坯脱方、疏松、缩孔、重接等缺陷的几率。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of superior billet, technology optimization for increasing purity of molten steel and improving pouring condition ere and equipment-amelioration such as secondary cooling water distribution, electromagnetic stirring, vibration table and so on of R9m Billet CC are carried out in Shiheng Special Plant. Application results show that the product structure is optimized ,the gas content and inclusion of the billet are reduced greatly, the macroscopic structure of billet was improved, middle crack and bulge are stopped, the probability of off-squareness, looseness, shrink hole and superposition of billet are reduced.
