料场智能化预配料系统的开发应用

摘    要:通过开发卸料小车自动定位技术和在线水分检测技术,济钢开发了由总量分配、分段变流量和干基配料等模型组成的混匀配料模型,形成了料场智能化预配料系统。系统应用后,实现了卸料小车远程监控,消除了水分给中和料带来的影响,提高了料场自动控制水平,改善了混匀矿的质量,中和料SiO2含量标准偏差由3.0%降到0.15%左右。

Abstract:By developing automatic location technique for trippers and on line moisture content detection technique, Jinan Steel developed a kind of bedding proportioning model which consists of total amount distribution model, change flow in stages model and dry basis proportioning model etc, forming the stockyard intellectualized primary proportioning system. The application of this system realized the long-distance monitor of the trippers, eliminated the influence of the moisture on the blending material, raised the level of automation of stockyard and improved the quality of blending ore. The standard deviation of SiO2 content decreased to 0.15% from 3.0%.
