摘    要:针对济钢1750m3高炉炉缸侵蚀状况,在生产中进行喂线护炉,使其还原成T(iN,C)的沉积,同时通过冷却水系统改造增加冷却强度,对炉缸、炉底形成稳定保护层。实践表明,炉缸侧壁E1点温度由810℃下降至500℃左右,G1点温度由1050℃下降到900℃左右。

Abstract:Aiming at Jinan Steel's 1 750 m3 blast furnace hearth erosion status,the furnace maintenance measures were taken,such as feeding Ti-wire from tuyere and increasing cooling intensity by transforming the cooling water system.Then the Ti was deoxidized Ti(N,C)deposition,which formed a steady protective layer on the furnace hearth and the bottom.Practices showed that the temperature at E1 point in the hearth sidewall decreased to about 500 ℃ from 810 ℃ and the temperature at G1 point decreased to about 900 ℃ from 1 050 ℃.
