网络技术在四辊轧机主传动系统中的应用

摘    要:济钢中板厂四辊轧机主传动电控系统采用SIMADYND全数字系统,生产中存在稳定性差、无法实现负荷平衡控制等问题。为此,增加一套以6RA70装置为核心的调节系统,运用工业网络控制技术和6RA70数字装置构架网络系统,实现了新老系统软硬件的共享。系统综合应用了PROFIBUS-DP网、MPI网和Peer-to-Peer网络技术,改造完成后控制系统运行平稳,实现了负荷平衡,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:The whole numeric SIMADYN D system is adopted in main drive electrical controlling system of four roller mill at Jigang, but it has bed stability in production, and can hardly realize the load balance control. Then a suit of adjusting system centered with 6RA70 device is added, and the network system is trussed by industrial network controlling technique and 6RA70 numeric device to realize the share of hardware and software resource of the new and old system. Many network techniques such as PROFIBUS-DP network, MPI network and Peer-to-Peer network are used synthesized in the system. The practices show that the controlling system runs stably, it realizes the load balance and achieves a good effect.
