摘    要:对方大特钢中小型转炉从铁水脱硫预处理—转炉—LF精炼炉—连铸全工序实现"负能炼钢"的实践进行了剖析,开发转炉煤气和蒸汽用户是前提,提高转炉煤气回收是降低炼钢工序单位能耗的关键,而提高转炉蒸汽回收又是进一步降低炼钢工序单位能耗的重点,同时节电、提高工序作业率等也是降低炼钢工序单位能耗的措施。

Abstract:This article analyzed from the Hot Metal Desulfurization Pretreatment-converter-LF refining furnace-continuous casting process to achieve the"negative energy steel-making"in small and medium sized converters of Fangda special Steel Co.,Ltd.The development of converter gas and steam customers is a premise,and the improvement converter gas recovery is the key to reduce unit energy consumption of steel-making process,but another key to reduce the converter energy consumption is to improve the steam recovery.At the same time saving electricity and improving process operation rate are also measures of reducing the energy consumption in steel-making process unit.
