摘    要:介绍了南钢转炉厂针对坯料平衡状况所采取的相应措施,依据铸机现状确定了满足工艺要求的最高拉速,及解决铸坯返送,实现不停流对接快换结晶器,挖掘有效的拉钢时间,提升铸机全流率,提高铸机台时产量的实践经验.

Abstract:In converter plant Nanchang steel,the corresponding measure they took according to the billet material balance introduced in this paper, the practices, such as setting the highest casting speed deponding on the actural situation, solving the feed back problem of casting billet, rapid change of mould under non - stop casting flow, tapping the efficient casting time,improving the full flow ration of caster, and improving the production per hour of caster,were destribed.
