| 摘 要： | 本文较为详细地介绍了韶钢全液压九辊钢板热矫直机的结构和工艺技术特点.液压APC辊缝调节、液压弯辊、倾动、倾斜、边辊自动调整及成熟完善的矫直模型、自学习功能模型的应用,确保了钢板能获得最佳的矫直平直度及最低的残余应力要求.

| Abstract: | The article presents the constructional and technical features of the hydraulic nine - roller hot plate leveler in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd. relatively in detail. The application of hydraulic APC roll gap adjustment, hydraulic roll bending, roll cassettes tilting and skewing, entry and exit roll automatic adjustment, and perfect leveling model, self- adapting model maintains the plate have excellent leveling flatness and minimum residual stress. |
