摘    要:LED专用铝合金异型材断面形状复杂、截面大、悬臂长、壁厚相差悬殊等问题给模具设计制造和型材生产带来的一系列困难.文中对铝合金的化学成分和模具结构进行了优化,并在熔铸工序采用高纯氮气吹入精炼剂和电磁搅拌方式及在线除气,在铸造工序采用半连续直接水冷铸造方法和在线添加铝钛硼丝工艺技术,在挤压生产过程中采用比压低于8 MPa的特殊挤压方式和在线淬火处理,再经过时效处理,同时对整个生产过程实行严格控制,最终生产出符合企业标准和国家标准的LED专用铝合金异型材产品.

Production technology of aluminum profiles used for LED

Abstract:This paper studies the production technology of aluminum profiles used for LED to solve problemsof mold design, manufacture, and profiles production, such as complex cross-sectional shape, large crosssection, long cantilever length and distinctive wall thicknesses. The qualified aluminum profiles used forLED are prepared through the following processes: optimize and adjust the chemical composition of aluminumalloy; optimize mold design and manufacture; electromagnetic stirring, online degassing, high purity nitrogenblown into the refining agent in the melting process; semi-continuous direct water-cooled casting method, online adding aluminum titanium boron filaments, and optimal process conditions in the casting process; special extrusion method lower than 8 MPa, on-line quenching treatment and aging treatment in the extrusionprocess. All the production processes are closely and strictly controlled. The physical and mechanicalproperties of LED aluminum profiles conform with corporate and national standards.
