摘    要:研究引进的碎边剪频繁卡钢、轴承发热烧死的问题,分析原设计的缺陷,针对缺陷提出改变剪切角度、调整碎边剪转速、改进刀盘设计等改造方案,并将其应用到生产实践中,使卡钢次数大幅降低,剪刃寿命也增加20%。

Abstract:The present paper discusses the problems existing in the imported side edge shear such as strip jamming frequently by the shear and burnt damage of bearing and analyzes the defect in the original design and thereupon maps out a revision plan including change of the shearing angle, readjustment of the rotation rate of the side edge shear, modification of cutter head design and etc and applies it into the practical production.
