摘    要:矫直机进料辊道是钢管矫直工艺中必不可少的辅机设备之一。采用两个简单的连杆机构,来设计辊道升降机构和拨料翻盖机构,达到了设计要求,实现了预定功能。整个设备结构简单,各运动机构协调一致,节约了设计制造成本,提高了企业经济效益。

Abstract:Feeding roller way for pipe straightener is one of auxiliary machines in pipe straightening technology. This paper applies two simple link mechanisms into the design of roller way lifting mechanism, pipe shifting and top opening mechanism. The design demand and functions are realized. The whole equipment structure is simple, and every moving mechanism coordinates with each other. The cost of designing and manufacture are reduced, and economic performances of the enterprises is improved.
