六辊轧机非对称板形调控特性研究

摘    要:针对冷轧板带产品的非对称板形缺陷问题,建立六辊轧机辊系-带钢耦合有限元模型。分别针对压下倾斜、非对称中间辊弯辊和非对称工作辊弯辊三种手段对板带轧机非对称板形调控特性进行了分析。结果表明,压下倾斜对1次板形效果较显著,非对称工作辊弯辊对3次板形效果较显著,而非对称中间辊弯辊的调控效果较小。各手段相互配合可控制不同的板形模式,为冷轧板形控制策略提供理论依据。

Abstract:To improve the asymmetrical shape defects in cold-rolled products,the rolls-strip coupled model was established with the finite element method in six-high rolling mill.Properties of the asymmetrical shape control were studied,in which the tilting,asymmetrical intermediate roll bending and asymmetrical work roll bending were used,respectively.The results showed that the monitoring effect of the tilting on the linear term is obvious,the monitoring effect of the asymmetrical work roll bending on cubic term is significant,while the monitoring effects of the asymmetrical intermediate roll bending on both the linear and cubic terms are relatively small.Different shape modes can be obtained with different control methods which provide the theoretical basis for the control strategies of the cold-rolled strip.
