热丝法结晶器保护渣结晶性能的控制

摘    要:为控制结晶器保护渣结晶性能,采用热丝法构建保护渣的CCT与TTT曲线以探讨Na2O含量对其结晶性能的影响规律。结果表明,随Na2O含量的增加,保护渣的临界冷却速度减小,其结晶性能受到抑制;同时,保护渣的析晶开始温度升高、孕育时间减少。

Abstract:To control the crystallization properties of mold fluxes,the influence of the Na2O mass% on the crystallization properties of mold fluxes was obtained by constructing the CCT and the TTT diagram which is using SHTT.The results showed that Na2O had a negative effect on the crystallization properties of mold fluxes.TTT diagrams moved to higher temperature and shorter incubation time with the increase of Na2O.
