宽厚板厂立辊轧机轧制能力研究

摘    要:立辊轧机是现代宽厚板生产的重要设备。为提升5 m立辊轧机能力,实现钢板减边量的增加,对轧机的轧制力、轧制力矩、减边量关系进行了分析讨论,进而提出了合理的轧制力和轧制力矩增大范围,并对提高轧制力和力矩后的轧机主要承载部件及传动系统进行了安全校核计算。根据计算结果分析,轧机在不进行较大改动的情况下,轧制力增加到8 000 kN,轧制力矩增加28%是较为合理的方案。

Abstract:A vertical edger is an important facility in production of modern wide and heavy plates. In order to improve the rolling capacity and increase the width reduction of the 5 m edger, the relationship of its rolling force, rolling torque and width reduction is analyzed and discussed. And then, reasonable increseent scopes of the rolling force and rolling torque were put forward. Furthermore, the edger' S main loading parts and drive system were checked and calculated in view of its safety due to the improvement of the roiling force and roiling torque. According to the calculation and analysis results, it was acceptable that the rolling force was increased to 8 000 kN and the rolling torque was increased by 28% in case that there was no big change to the edger.
