电渣冶金的发展历程、现状及趋势

摘    要:介绍了国内外电渣冶金的发展历程及国内电渣冶金的起步与发展.其中,我国研究者在电渣重熔去夹杂机理方面的研究有独到的观点,百吨级电渣炉在低氢、低铝及凝固控制方面技术领先.在总结了电渣冶金优越性及局限性的基础上提出了电渣冶金在材料领域中的发展前景.

Abstract:Development process of domestic and international ESR was described,including the start and development of domestic electroslag metallurgy.Unique point was hold about the mechanism of elimination of inclusion in the process of ESR.The control technology of low-hydrogen,low-aluminum and solidification in the process of producing 100 ton class ingots was leading.Based on the advantages and limitations of ESR,the development potential in the field of new material was raised.
