催化裂化装置衬里的设计

对催化裂化装置衬里设计中所涉及的问题,诸如荷载类型、衬里受力状态、材料选择的强度准则等进行了初步的探讨,提出了将荷载分为二类,并以此为基础对衬里的应力计算及衬里的设计准则等进行了讨论,还针对衬里设计的现状,对急需进行的研究工作提出了建议。

Design of Refractory Linings of FCCU

The issues involved in the design process of refractory linings of FCCU,such as the type of load applied to linings,the stress within the linings and the criteria for selecting refractory materials,are discussed.It is suggested that the load may be sorted into two kinds,i.e.stress-controlled load and strain-controlled load,and on the basis of this classification the stress within linings can be calculated.The recommendations to assist in optimizing the design refractory linings structures are made.
