| 摘 要： | 根据《锅炉机组热力计算标准方法》对某250dd生活垃圾炉排焚烧炉及其余热锅炉进行热力计算，提出系统黑度和烟气黑度的修正方法．讨论火焰中心高度系数、灰污系数对燃烧室烟气心口温度影响。同时，也对烟气侧辐射换热系数、横向冲刷错列管束系数和换热总系数的算法进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A 250 t/d layer incinerator for municipal solid waste and its heat recovery steam boiler is thermal calculated by employing ＂Boiler Unit Standard method of Thermodynamic Calculation＂. Taking this calculation as an example, the correction method of the system blackness and the flue gas blackness is proposed, and the impact of both flame center height coefficient and fouling coefficient on the flue gas outlet temperature of the combustion chamber is discussed. Meanwhile, the algorithm of the radiation heat transfer coefficient of flue gas side, the staggered tube bundles cross-flow coefficient, and the total heat transfer coefficient are also discussed. |
