内蒙某含砷微细粒金矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对该矿石中金矿物嵌布粒度较细,共生关系密切的特点,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用浮选+浮尾氰化联合工艺流程。在原矿含金为2.72 g/t、适宜的磨矿细度及药剂条件下获得浮选金精矿品位44.76 g/t,回收率67.49%;浮选闭路尾矿经氰化后,可获得总回收率88.19%的优异指标。

Abstract:On the base of detailed study of process mineralogy, according to mineral characteristics of close intergrowth and fine dissemination size of gold minerals, flotation and the tailings of flotation Au treated by cyanide combined process flow- sheet was adopted. On the appropriate grinding conditions and reagent system, gold concentrate containing 44.76g/t Au with Au recovery 66.94% can be obtained. After the closed circuit flotation tailings by cyanide, total recovery can reach 88.19%.
