摘    要:某铜钼矿中矿物之间嵌连关系较为复杂,部分铜嵌布粒度较细,且有部分氧化铜的存在,矿浆中的脉石细泥极易上浮,严重的影响了钼精选的作业效率。经过探索试验,技术人员利用旋流器的分级原理,对钼粗精矿进行了脱泥处理,终于有效地解决了流程中脉石细泥与微细粒次生铜的影响,提高了钼精矿指标。

Abstract:According to mineral characteristics of close intergrowth and partly fine grained dissemination and high oxidation rate for copper , which greatly affects operation efficiency of the molybdenum cleaning flotation .Through the exploration test, using the classification principle of hydrocyclone , the researcher carried out the desliming process for the Cu-Mo con-centrate, and effectively solved the influence of slime and fine grained secondary copper in the pulp , improved index of Mo concentrate.
