某铜铅锌硫化矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:本文对某铜铅锌硫化矿的矿石性质进行了研究,针对矿石性质的特点及选矿厂存在的问题,提出了铜-铅-锌优先浮选铅粗精矿再磨工艺,通过矿浆pH的调节,高效捕收剂及组合抑制剂的使用、粗精矿的再磨等措施,在原矿Cu、Pb、Zn品位分别为0.27%、2.07%、3.82%的基础上得到了Cu品位22.34%、回收率67.85%的铜精矿,Pb品位72.34%、回收率73.04%的铅精矿和Zn品位50.55%、回收率88.46%的锌精矿,铜铅锌矿物得到较好分离。

Abstract:The property of some kind of Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore was studied in this paper. Aiming to the property of the ore and the existing problem of the dressing plant,the process of Cu-Pb-Zn priority flotation and lead rough concentrate regrinding was adopted. According to the measures of pH regulation,high efficiency collector and combined depressant,rough concentrate regrinding were applied. copper concentrate containing Cu 22. 34% with copper recovery of67. 85%,lead concentrate containing Pb72. 34% with lead recovery of 67. 85%,zinc concentrate containing Zn50. 55%with zinc recovery of 67. 85% were obtained while the content of copper,lead,zinc were 0. 27%,2. 07%,3. 82% respectively in the raw ore. This Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore was separated in good index.
