| Abstract: | In blast furnace smelting process,silicon reduction is a significant energy conservation measure。Low silicon iron smelting is the development trend of iron smelting technology for the blast furnace. This paper analyzes the reduction mechanism of silicon,proposes technology measures for low silicon pig iron blast furnace smelting. Analysis was carried out in detail on the materials and fuel factors,operating factors and other aspects. |
