摘    要:通过定量金相和产品力学统计分析了CSP工艺下Q345B铁素体细晶强化与终轧温度、卷取温度和力学性能的关系。结果表明在CSP生产线采用合适的控轧控冷技术,能有效提高Q345B的屈服强度,为Q345B降低合金成本找到合适的工艺。

Low Cost Production of Q345B Hot Strip in CSP Process
Abstract:By means of quantitative analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties of CSP Q345B ferrite, the fine grain strengthening and finishing temperature, coiling temperature and mechanical properties of Q345B ferrite were ana-lyzed.The results show that the yield strength of Q345B can be effectively improved by adopting appropriate control rolling and cooling technology in CSP production line, which can be used to find the proper low cost process for Q345B alloy pro-duction.
