摘    要: 针对疲劳试验机因试样刚度、油温、内泄漏等系统参数发生变化所引起的控制效果不良的问题,提出了一种在线优化控制器参数的方法。通过监控计算机对疲劳试验机的过程参数进行在线辨识,用对ITAE目标函数求取极小值的方法对PID参数进行优化,得到适合于当前工况的控制器参数。该过程在监控计算机中每隔10 min自动运行一次,并通过总线把优化后的PID参数传递给控制器用于实时控制。与传统的根据操作者经验整定PID参数的方法相比,简化了操作过程,有效提高了系统的频响及动态性能。

Abstract:Concerning the bad control effect for fatigue testing machine caused by variations of system parameters such as sample rigidity, oil temperature, interior leakage and so on, a method that can optimize the controller parameters on-line is brought forward. Based on the process parameters on-line identified by monitor computer, the PID parameters are optimized using the method of minimizing the objective function known as ITAE, thus the controller parameters suited for the current operating mode are obtained. This process is run at intervals of ten minutes automatically in monitor computer, and then the optimized PID parameters are transferred to controller through bus for real time control. Compared with the traditional method of tuning PID parameters according to experience, this method is simpler and improves the frequency response of the system.
