含钛低碳钢凝固过程中氧化钛的析出和长大

摘    要:根据凝固过程中溶质元素偏析和扩散的基本规律,建立了凝固过程中氧化钛的长大模型。计算结果表明,冷却速率对凝固过程中氧化钛的析出和长大有重要影响:冷却速率越小,氧化钛长得越大。凝固前初始氧化钛越小,在凝固过程中氧化钛越容易长大。此外,可以根据冷却速率和凝固后氧化钛的尺寸判断氧化钛是凝固前形成的一次氧化物还是凝固过程中产生的二次氧化物。

Abstract:The titamium oxide growth model during solidification is established according to the basic rules of segregation and diffusion. It is found that the cooling rate has great effect on oxide precipitation and growth. The oxide growth in diameter during solidification is larger when the oxide size before solidification and cooling rate during solidification are smaller. A useful method to distinguish the categories of titanium oxides is found according to their diameter and cooling rates.
