摘    要:摘要:以添加不同钙线的含钛微合金钢为研究对象,利用金相显微镜、SEM及EDS对试验钢夹杂物进行了研究,探索Ca处理添加量对含钛微合金钢夹杂物种类、尺寸、数量及形态的影响规律。研究结果表明,经0.13%的Ca处理后,钢中非金属夹杂物的尺寸减小、数量降低,夹杂物群簇现象得以减轻;经0.25%的Ca处理,可还原微合金钢夹杂物中部分Ti,提高Ti的收得率,在减轻夹杂物危害的同时又降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Abstract:The inclusions in titanium containing microalloyed steel with different calcium contents were studied by metallographic microscope, SEM and EDS, to explore the influence of calcium content on the species, size, quantity and morphology of inclusions. The results show that size and quantity of non metallic inclusions in the steel decrease, and the inclusion clustering is alleviated after 0.13% calcium treatment. Part of Ti content in the inclusion of microalloy steel can be reduced, and the recovery rate of Ti is improved after 0.25% calcium treatment, so as to reduce the harm of inclusion and the production cost.
