炼钢厂钢包红包出钢率的影响因素仿真

摘    要: 钢包红包出钢率的提高对优化钢包热状态、降低转炉出钢温度以及保证铸机恒拉速浇注都有重要意义。首先分析了炼钢厂钢包周转过程,然后建立了钢包周转过程的仿真模型,运行仿真模型并分析了空包时间、热修时间和修包包龄等因素对红包出钢率的影响,特别研究了钢包周转率与红包出钢率的关系。仿真结果表明:红包出钢率随空包时间增加而降低;日产45炉典型钢种时,随着热修时间增加,红包出钢率由94%减少到45%;修包包龄越高,红包出钢率增加越明显;同时,随着红包出钢率提高,钢包周转率在一定程度上也有所提高。仿真结果对炼钢厂提高红包出钢率和优化能源消耗具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:The improvement of the rate of hot steel ladle can play a great role in optimizing the thermal state of steel ladle, lowering the tapping temperature of the converter and maintaining a constant casting speed of the caster. Firstly, the turnover process of steel ladle was analyzed, and then a simulation model of steel ladle turnover process was established and run. With the simulation model some influencing factors on the rate of hot steel ladle were analyzed such as empty steel ladle time, hot repair time, repair age of steel ladle, and the relationship between the turnover rate of steel ladle and the rate of hot steel ladle was specially studied. It is shown that the rate of hot steel ladle drops with the increasing of empty steel ladle time. When the daily productivity of typical steel is 45 heats, the rate of hot steel ladle drops from 94% to 45% with the increasing of hot repair time. The higher repair age of steel ladle is, the stronger the effect of the rate of hot steel ladle improvement is. At the same time, the turnover rate of steel ladle is also improved to a certain extent with the increasing of the rate of hot steel ladle. The results have much significance for improving the rate of hot steel ladle and optimizing energy consumption in a steelmaking plant.
