汽车阀体用6061挤压材光洁度低的原因分析

摘    要:我公司生产的6061汽车阀体用铝合金和国外料相比挤压表面光洁度和加工光洁度较差。为此对国外料和我分公司的材料做了对比性试验研究,发现两种材料中残留第二相的尺寸和所占的数量不同,而化学成分及其它方面均相同或相似,为减少或消除这种组织,从铸锭均匀化热处理制度进行试验研究,找到了合理的均匀化热处理制度,即570℃/15h以上。从而提高了产品的表面质量。

Abstract:Aluminum alloy extruded materials used for automobile valve compared between China and foreigner, ours is poor surface finish and finish machining. For this,we have done a comparative study which found that two kinds of materials, the size of residual second phase and in them are not same,but chemical composition and other aspects are the same or similar, in order to reduce or the elimination of such organizations ,from the ingot homogenization heat treatment system in experimental research, to find a reasonable uniformity of heat treatment system, that is 570℃ / 15h. Thereby increasing the product surface quality.
