摘    要:对影响铜合金挤压模具使用寿命的因素进行了分析.对于大吨位铜合金挤压机而言,必须高度重视挤压模具的冷却.比较理想的冷却方式为液氮冷却,通过调整液氮的流量和压力可以控制模具的冷却强度,最大程度地发挥模具的潜在寿命.

Abstract:After analyzing various factors affecting the service life of copper and copper alloy extrusion dies,the paper comes to a conclusion,that is,the die cooling is very important for the heavy extrusion presses to extrude copper and copper alloy and more attention should be taken.The liquid nitrogen cooling is a ideal cooling method recently,which can control the cooling intensity of extrusion die precisely through regulating the flow rate and pressure of liquid nitrogen,thus prolonging the service life of the ...
