摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法直接测定煤与焦炭中Si,P,Al,V,Cr,Cd,Pb,Cu,Co,Ni,Zn,K,Na,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Ti 18种元素。样品被灰化后取一定量灰样,用氢氧化钠熔融,热水和盐酸浸取,溶液用于测定Si和P,得到煤或焦炭灰中Si,P含量。另取灰化后的全部灰样,用高氯酸和氢氟酸溶解并加热至赶尽高氯酸,用稀硝酸溶解,溶液用于测定Al,V,Cr,Cd,Pb,Cu,Co,Ni,Zn,K,Na,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn和Ti,得到煤或焦炭中16个元素含量。Si和

Abstract:A method for determination of eighteen elements,such as Si,P,Al,V,Cr,Cd,Pb,Cu,Co,Ni,Zn,K,Na,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Ti in coal and coke by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was studied.After the coal or coke samples were burned to ashes in high temperature,a partial ash was melt with NaOH.The melt lump was dissolved in hot water and hydrochloric acid.The solution prepared was used for the determination of Si and P.Furthermore,all the ash sample was dissolved in perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid and heated until perchloric acid fumes disappeared,then dissolved in dilution nitric acid.The solution prepared was used to determine Al,V,Cr,Cd,Pb,Cu,Co,Ni,Zn,K,Na,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Ti.Si and Al did not interfere in the determination of other elements.The interference from other coexisting elements could be eliminated through the high resolution of instrument and appropriate background correction.The matrix effect caused by salt could be eliminated by adding the same volume reagent to a series of solution used as standard curve.The method was used to the determination of eighteen elements in certified reference materials of coal and coke and the results corresponded with the certified values.
