摘    要:从改善共晶形态的角度研究了稀土变质处理和热处理二者之间的内在联系。结果表明:变质后再经热处理可以显著地加速中铬半钢共晶炭化物的断网团聚及颗粒状炭化物析出,并明显地提高其综合力学性能。

Abstract:The inner relation between rare-earth modified treatment and heat treatment is studied to improve the eutectic structure. It is showed from the result that the grid-breaking and coacervating of eutectic carbide and extracting-out of grain-shaped carbide can be greatly speeded up with modified treatment followed by heat treatment, and the comprehensive mechanical properties improved
