摘    要:优化混匀矿配比、适时调整混匀矿堆计划、控制混匀矿中的SiO2是降低烧结矿原料成本,提高混匀矿稳定性的有效途径。通过采取将成分差异大的同一品种物料在一次料场分开堆放、优化4BLOCK计划、除尘灰按计划连续切出、增加停机程序等措施减少了混匀矿成分的波动;通过完善混匀工艺操作规程和管理制度,保证了混匀矿的正常有序生产,值得推广。

Abstract:To optimize proportioning of blended ore,adjust in time the piling-up plan for blended ore,control SiO2in blended ore are the effective measures to reduce raw material cost for sinter and improve the stability of blended ore. The fluctuation of composition of blended ore is lowered by piling up separately the materials with greatly different compositions of same variety in the different zones in preliminary field,optimizing 4BLOCK plan,continuously cutting off the dedusting ash on schedule,increasing shutdown procedure and etc. With improving blending process operation regulations and management system,the normal order production of blending ore is guaranteed.
