| 摘 要： | 石钢围绕打造具有特钢精益生产管理新模式的目标,创新突破,以生产、能源、物流三流集中管控为基础,按照一个流的精益生产管理理念,从原料进厂到成品出厂,完善构建数据平台,积极构建七大平衡管控体系,确保计划执行率;实现了均衡稳定、连续流畅、紧凑高效的精益生产管理模式,提高企业的综合竞争力.

| Abstract: | In Shi Steel we set a target to produce a new model of lean production management for special steel production. For this target we innovate and make the breakthrough, take concentrate management and control of three flows of production, energy resource and logistics as a base ： according to the idea of lean production management of one flow, from raw materials coming into plant to finished products apart to delivery, im- prove and construct data platform, actively build seven large balance management and control systems to guarantee plan implementation rate; we realize a lean production management model of equilibrium stability, continuous flow and compact and efficiency, and as a result we strengthen the comprehensive competitive power of our business. |
