摘    要:介绍了宣钢在“十五”期间运用生态学规律指导经济活动,本着低开采、低投放、高利用的原则,把清洁生产、资源综合利用融为一体,发展循环经济、转变经济增长方式,走新型工业化道路。改变了传统的“资源一产品一污染排放”物质单向流动的经济发展模式,按照自然生态系统的模式,建立“资源一产品一再生资源”的物质反复循环利用的经济发展模式。通过对生产流程和生产设施的优化、集成与创新,使资源和能源的消耗达到最低,主要技术经济指标得到明显改善,吨钢耗新水降到7.6t,高炉渣自消化率提高到20%,烧结球团尘泥、炼铁尘泥、炼钢尘泥和轧钢系统氧化铁皮利用率达到100%,焦炉煤气放散率、高炉煤气放散率分别达到1%和5%以下。

Abstract:It is introduced the cycling economy construction in Xuan Steel within the "tenth Five-Year-Plan": guiding economic activity with ecologic law;combining clean production and comprehensive resource utilization into a whole based on the principle of low mining,low input and high utilization;developing cycling economy and changing economy increasing pattern to step onto a new industrialization way;according to the natural ecology system model building a new economy developing pattern of "resource-products-recovery resource" to use substance repeatedly in a cycle,to replace the traditional one of "resource-products-pollution and discharge" of substance flowing in a single direction. Through optimization,integration and innovation of production flow and facilities,the consumption of resource and energy reached the lowest level,the main technical and economic index got obviously improved,clean water consumption per ton of steel reduced to 7.6 tons,self utilization ratio of blast furnace slag raised to 20 percent,utilization of dust mud in pellet sintering,iron smelting and steel smelting and ferric oxide in steel rolling all came up to 100 percent, discharge ratio of coke oven gas and blast furnace gas lowered separately to beneath 1 percent and 5 percent.
