摘    要:分析了薄板坯连续出现的表面凹陷缺陷,指出如不能及时发现薄板坯的表面凹陷,则会造成漏钢事故,严重制约生产。经过对122个浇次的跟踪调查,找到了薄板坯连续出现表面凹陷的原因并制定出了防止该缺陷的有效措施。

Abstract:The surface indentations frequently occurred on thin slab is analyzed. It is pointed out that they can bring about steel leak and affect production if not being found in time. From the investigation by tracing to 122 times of casting the reason for the defects was found out and the effective measures laid down.
