首钢京唐KR高效脱硫技术

摘    要:首钢京唐采用KR进行100%全量铁水脱硫预处理,从生产布局上可以同时满足脱磷炉和脱碳炉的生产需要。为了实现KR的高效脱硫,对影响脱硫的因素进行了分析和讨论,认为脱硫剂中添加一定量的CaF2可生成一定量的共熔晶体,提高了铁水中硫元素的传输和反应速率;铁水中加入一定量的铝渣可以降低铁水中的氧活度,提高脱硫反应速度;铁水温度应控制在1300~1380℃之间,温度太高会在石灰颗粒表面形成较多的液相,造成石灰颗粒聚团,减少铁水与脱硫剂的接触面积,降低了反应速率;良好的石灰质量和搅拌头形状也有利于KR脱硫。通过以上措施,铁水经过KR脱硫预处理后wS]≤0.002%比例达到98%以上,转炉终点平均硫质量分数为0.005%。

Abstract:In Shougang Jingtang, all the hot metal ladles are desulphurized with KR, and can meet the demand of de-P converters and de-C converters as far as the layout is concerned. The factors influencing the desulphurization efficiency were described. It was suggested that a certain amount of CaF2 could form eutectic melt with low melting point which could improve the transportation rate of sulphur element in the hot metal; while the Al dross could decrease the oxygen content in the hot metal which was benefit for the desulphurization. The hot metal temperature should be controlled between 1300℃ and 1380℃. If the temperature was too high, the desulphurization flux would aggregate and reduce the interface area between hot metal and flux. Good lime quality and impeller size were also important factors that influenced the desulphurization rate. By undertaking the above measures, the percentage of w[S]≤0.002% after KR process reached to 98% and the average sulphur content at the end of BOF is 0.005%.
