摘    要:高效、合理地回收余热资源是降低钢铁企业能耗的重要途径。考虑到技术实施难度、工厂经济效益等因素,用能的合理性并不能作为某项回收技术优劣的唯一评价标准。综合多种因素,提出了用能合理性、技术可行性、投资经济性等3个方面的综合评价指标,给出了余热利用技术研究的基本路线,可以作为余热回收技术的参考。

Abstract:Efficient and reasonable recovery of waste heat resources is an important way to reduce the energy consumption in iron and steel enterprises. Taking into account the technical implementation difficulty, factory benefit and other factors, the reasonableness of recovery technology cannot be used as a unique evaluation criterion. Energy utilization rationality, technical feasibility and investments economics are presented as evaluation criterion on the basis of a series of factors and the basic line of waste heat utilization technology is given, which can be the reference for waste heat recovery.
