摘    要:基于系统动力学理论,在因果分析和存量流量分析的基础上,构建了转炉炼钢工序的铁素流动态模型,并通过仿真测试验证了模型的正确性。分析了在不同返回情况下,本单元铁素流返回率和返回上游的铁素流返回率随时间改变时,钢坯铁素流、损失铁素流和转炉铁素存量的动态特性。结果表明:转炉铁素存量和损失铁素流不受上游返回的影响,只随本单元返回的增大而逐渐增大至新的稳定输出状态。上游返回的增大不影响炼钢工序运行的紧凑性,但会导致稳定输出量的减小;本单元返回的增大不影响稳定输出量,但会导致运行紧凑性变差;上游和本单元均有返回时,对稳定输出量和运行紧凑性都有影响。

Abstract:Based on causal analysis and stock- flow analysis, a dynamic model for iron element flow in converter steelmaking process is established using the methods of system dynamics, which is validated by the accurate simulation results. Moreover, the dynamic characteristics of the iron element flow in billet, the iron element loss flow and the iron element stock flow in converter are analyzed when the iron element flow return rate of the unit and the upstream iron element flow return rate change with time under different return circumstance. The results show that the iron element stock in converter and the iron element loss flow are not affected by the upstream iron element flow return rate, but gradually increase to new steady output states with the increase of the iron element flow return rate of the unit. The increase of the upstream iron element flow return rate causes a reduction of the stable output , which has no effect on the compactness of converter steelmaking process. Although the increase of the iron element flow return rate of the unit makes no difference on the stable output, it results in the deterioration of the compactness. When the iron element flow returns to both the upstream process and the unit, the stable output and the compactness are both affected.
