摘    要:通过对洗衣机外筒缺陷样品的化学成分、金相组织检测以及断口能谱分析,讨论了用SUS430铁素体不锈钢制作洗衣机外筒产生裂纹的原因;指出了外筒开裂为材料中氮质量分数较高而导致晶界存在较多第2相所致;并分析了氮质量分数较高的原因。

Abstract:The forming cause of crack in washing machine outer barrel made from 430 ferrite stainless steel is studied by analyzing chemical composition, metallographic structure and EDS. The results show that the crack forming is due to high nitrogen content in steel, which leads to more second phases in grain boundary. The reason producing high nitrogen content is also analyzed.
