利用非焦煤低碳炼铁新技术的初步研究

摘    要:通过对非焦煤与铁矿粉“干馏”特征的实验调查分析,提出了“非炼焦煤与铁矿粉”共处理的低碳炼铁预处理技术路线。研究表明:干馏温度800℃,铁矿粉金属化率可达到约85%以上,其中金属铁约60%为氢元素所还原,铁氧化物还原过程约减少CO2排放量可达0.67 t,经济和环境效益显著。

Abstract:The low-carbon ironmaking technology on co-treatment of non-coking coal and iron-ore fines was proposed through investigating the characteristics of carbonization of non-coking coal and iron ore.The results showed that the percent metallization of the iron ore fines was up to 78% at 800 ℃ of carbonization temperature.Some metallic iron was already reduced by hydrogen,and the amount of CO2 release would be reduced.
