摘    要:针对某1 700镀锌薄规格产品生产实际情况,对0.35 mm以下薄规格热镀锌产品沉没辊划伤问题进行了研究。通过分析沉没辊系统结构、工作环境等影响因素,并采用Striebeck曲线确定不同摩擦方式与摩擦因数的关系,最终找到影响沉没辊划伤的原因。利用镀后冷却塔的张力优化、沉没辊装配改进等方面调整措施,有效地解决了锌锅沉没辊划伤问题,取得了显著的应用效果。

Abstract:According to the actual production situation of a 1 700 galvanized thin gauge product, the scratch of sink roll of the thin gauge galvanized product under 0.35 mm was studied. The influencing factors including the roll system structure and working condition were analyzed. In addition, the relationship between the different friction modes and the friction coefficient was determined by Striebeck curve. Finally, the factor affecting the sink roll scratch was found. Through the tension optimization of the cooling tower and the assembling improvement of the sinking roll, the problem of the scratch of the sink roll in the zinc pot has been effectively solved, and remarkable application results have been achieved.
