摘    要:用Ti,Al元素混合粉(Ti-34%Al,Ti中含有1.5%TiC,质量分数),采用热等静压技术制备了TiAl合金,研究了热等静压压力对合金的密度,合金的微观结构以及物相等的影响,研究结果表明:随着热等静压压力的升高,合金的密度迅速增大,同时,合金中的Ti_3Al相消失,TiC与其它物质反应并在晶界处形成Ti_2Al相,随着压力的升高,合金收缩率的增大,细小的球状Ti_2AlC相会聚集在一起而变成针状Ti_2AlC,利用HIP技术可以很容易地制备出含C的TiAl复合材料。

Abstract:Blended elemental Ti-34% Al powders, which containing 1.5%TiC, were hot isostatic pressed to prepare the TiA1 alloys. The effect of the Hiping pressure on the sintered density, microstructure, phase was studied in details. The results show that increasing the Hiping pressure causes an increase in the density of the TiAI alloy speedily. At the same time, with the increasing of pressure, the Ti3 AI phase in matrix disappears. TiC reacts with other substance and forms Ti_2AlC phase, which precipitates in the grain boundaries. With the increasing of HIP pressure, the shrinkage of the alloys increase, the fine spherical Ti_2AlC phase can meet together and forms a needle-shape Ti_2AlC. The amount of-needle-shaped Ti_2AlC phase increase with the increasing of HIPing pressure. The composite material of TiA1 containing C can be made easily by using HIPing technology.
