摘    要:为了提高TiC/316L不锈钢复合材料的力学性能,在TiC/316L复合粉末中添加不同质量分数的Mo元素,采用粉末冶金法制备TiC/316L不锈钢复合材料.通过对复合材料的显微组织分析,拉伸、摩擦磨损等力学性能的测试,研究Mo含量对复合材料的组织和性能的影响.结果表明,Mo的添加有利于复合材料的组织均匀化,从而提高复合...

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of TiC/316L stainless steel composites material,the element of Mo was added into the TiC/316L composite powders to prepare the TiC/316L stainless steel composite material by powder metallurgy method.The effect of Mo content on the microstructure and properties of composite material was studied by optical micrograph analysis,tensile and wear properties measurement.The results show that the addition of Mo is beneficial to improve the homogenization of microstructure of the composite material sintered,and improve the tensile properties of the composite material.However,too high Mo content results in worse plastic properties and lower tensile strength of the composites because of grain boundary melting.The optimal content is 2% Mo and at this case,the material with a higher tensile strength can be obtained.Moreover,the addition of Mo is beneficial to improve the densification of the composite material,and the wear resistance of composites could been appreciably enhanced because TiC particles can effectively provides wear protection or resistance during wear sliding because of good interfacial bonding.
