摘    要:针对德国斯派克MAXx04型火花直读光谱仪,建立起Sn-Sb-Cu的分析程序,绘制各元素的工作曲线,增加类型标准化等,并对其精密度、准确度进行考查,应用火花直读光谱仪可满足Sn-Sb-Cu系锡基合金快速、准确分析的要求.

Abstract:The analytical program of Sn-Sb-Cu is set up for the spark direct reading spectrometer of model Maxx04 in Germany, the working curves of each element are drawn, the type standardization is increased, and its accuracy and accuracy are examined.The application of spark direct reading spectrometer can meet the requirements of rapid and accurate analysis of Sn-Sb-Cu based alloy.
