全湿法处理钼镍矿的新工艺

摘    要:本文针对钼镍矿难处理的技术现状,提出了一种加压酸浸、常压碱浸、萃取相结合的全湿法处理镍钼矿的新工艺。试验结果表明,在加压酸浸时,钼的转化率可以达到98.3%以上,镍的浸出率达到98.7%。经过碱浸、萃取后钼镍综合回收率达92%以上。

Abstract:A new technology has been developed to treat Ni-Mo Ore, which is a hydrometallurgy flowsheet including acid pressure leaching, atmospheric pressure alkali leaching, and solvent extraction. The results show that the oxidation rate of molybdenum can reach over 98.3%, the leaching rate of nickel is 98.7% in the process of acid pressure leaching. After alkali leaching and extraction, molybdenum and nickel total recovery rate are more than 92%.
