红格铁矿铬的赋存、分布与回收利用

摘    要:文章对红格钒钛磁铁矿的铬在各类矿石中赋存状态、分布情况及分布率进行了分析研究,阐明了铬主要是赋存于钛磁铁矿中,且分布率严格受矿石基性程度的控制,除辉长岩型矿石中钛磁铁矿的铬的分布率80%以上,辉石型矿石、橄辉岩型矿石钛磁铁矿的铝分布率均在90%以上。钛磁铁矿的回收过程,也是铬元素富集过程,简单介绍了获取Cr203产品的工艺流程.

Abstract:In this article,the occurrence, distributing mode and distributing rate of chromium in the titanomagnetite containing vanadium were analyzed and researched. Research results showed that the chromium is chiefly distributed in titanomagnetite and the distributing rate is strictly controlled by the basicity degree of ores. Besides the distributing rate of chronium in titanomagnetite of the gabbro ores is more 80 %, the distributing rate of chromium in titanomagnetite of pyroxene and onkilonite ores all over 90%. In the coures of recovering process, the chromium is also enriched, The is briefly introduced.technological flowsheet for producing Cr2O3 product
