直流等离子喷枪等离子弧稳定方面的研究

摘    要:对传统的单阳极—阴极喷枪、新型的三阴极—单阳极喷枪和三阳极—单阴极喷枪三种不同的方案就等离子弧稳定的基本原理及其工艺特性、易损件的使用寿命以及它们在喷涂各种材料时所能达到沉积效率和喷涂效率进行解析。

Abstract:This paper describes the basics of arc stabilization for the three different approaches by using traditional single cathode-single anode guns, triple cathode-single anode as well as single cathode-triple anode guns and the respective consequences concerning process characteristics, component life-time as well as resultant capability concerning deposition rate and efficiency for different coating materials.
