摘    要:论述了X荧光光谱测定镁砂组成的分析方法。通过对标样进行绘制工作曲线,对曲线进行校正,用理论α系数校正基体效应和谱线干扰系数L校正谱线重叠影响。修正后曲线的离散度(RMS)和品质系数(K)有明显改善,线形较好,分析结果准确度和精密度高,操作十分简便、快速。

Abstract:The analyzing method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for magnesite composition measurement is explained. Working curve is plotted for the reference material and corrected. Theoreticalcoefficient αis used to correct matrix effect and spectral line interference coefficient L, to correct theinfluence of line overlapping. After correction, the discrete (RMS) and quality coefficient (K) of thecurve are improved obviously and good line profile is obtained. This method shows high accuracy andprecision and fast speed, and is easy for operation.
