摘    要:利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)进行测定低合金钢中Pb、Sn、As、Sb、Bi。用盐酸硝酸溶解样品,并且加入铑内标和铁基来校正基体效应对结果的影响,选择75As、118Sn、121Sb、208Pb、209Bi为待测元素同位素,建立了一种简单快捷的分析低合金钢中五害元素的方法。测定方法简单实用,测定结果准确,分析周期短,灵敏度、精密度及抗干扰能力均良好,可应用于科研及生产中低合金钢样品的分析。

Abstract:ICP-MS was adopted to measure Pb, Sn, As, Sb and Bi in low alloy steel. The sample wasdissolved by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid and internal-standard rhodium and iron base were addedto correct the influence of matrix effect on the result. 75As, 118Sn, 121Sb, 208Pb and 209Bi were chosen as isotope for measuring elements. A simple and fast method of analyzing five harmful elements in low alloysteel was established. With short analyzing cycle, strong sensitivity, high precision and good anti-interference ability, this method is simple, practical and accurate and can be applied to analysis on low alloysteel samples in scientific research and production.
