高端铜材发展诌议

摘    要:分析了高端铜材(高性能铜材)在电线电缆、电子电气、交通运输、新能源和空调冷冻等传统应用领域以及可再生能源、水产、抑茵表面、电力驱动和地震能量耗散等新兴应用方面的需求.概述了发展高端铜材的技术途径:高纯化、微合金化、复合多元化、材料复合化以及短流程加工、复合强化和快速凝固等技术.最后提出了高端铜材产品技术研发的11项参考建议.

Abstract:Analysis the high-end copper's (high performance copper)ctemano ill tll~ traditional application fields including wire and cable, electronic and electrical, communication and transportation, new energy, air conditioning refrigeration etc. And new emerging areas including renewable energy, aquatic product, antibacterial surface, electric drive, seismic energy dissipative in addition. Expounding the technological approaches to develop the high-end copper: high purity, micro alloying, composite copper alloying, multiple materials, short flow processing, composite reinforcement, rapid set etc. Put forward 11 items suggestion about the high-end copper products technology research and development in the end.
