摘    要:镍铁渣产量大,富含Mg元素,具有较高的回收价值。基于镍铁渣成分及矿相结构等特性,采用常压硫酸浸出法,研究镍铁渣中Mg的浸出反应规律和影响因素。结果表明,在液固比20∶1、浸出温度180℃、浸出时间120min、硫酸质量分数80%的条件下,镁浸出率达到83.73%。该浸出受界面化学反应控制,表观活化能12.72kJ/mol。

Abstract:Ferronickel slag has high recovery value due to its large amount production and magnesium enrichment.Based on composition and mineral phase structure of ferronickel slag,rules and influencing factors for Mg leaching reaction between ferronickel slag and sulfuric acid solution were studied under atmospheric pressure.The experimental results show that Mg leaching rate is 83.73% under the conditions including L/D=20/1,leaching temperature of 180 ℃,leaching time of 120 min,and mass fraction of sulfuric acid of 80%.Kinetic analysis shows that leaching reaction is controlled by interfacial chemical reaction with apparent activation energy of 12.72 kJ/mol.
